Royalmac HT20 Telescopic Spider Concrete Placing Boom is engineered to overcome the common challenges of concrete placement in confined areas, such as column and shear wall pouring or sites with limited maneuvering space. While standard hydraulic concrete spiders typically demand a 7-meter diameter clearance for rotation, the HT20 eliminates this issue with its innovative design.

The HT20 offers an impressive 20-meter horizontal and 25-meter vertical reach, covering a vast 1250m² working area. This telescopic concrete spider solves the problem of slewing clearance by integrating a hydraulic lifting system directly into its body, allowing installation in the narrowest areas. It weighs only 4350 kg (machine weight) and has a total weight of 6850 kg with a 2500 kg balance weight.

Thanks to its unique telescopic system, the HT20 can easily rotate over column and shear wall formworks and rebars without range loss compared to standard machines. For slab concrete pouring, it can be lowered from the body to minimize oscillation and provide precise, controlled distribution. Powered by a 7.5 kW, 400-480 V, 3-phase motor, the HT20 is both efficient and powerful. This telescopic technology can also be applied to other Royalmac models, including the HD15 and HD18, expanding their versatility.
